Pavilion Siegen by Ian Shaw Architekten Yes, you thought it was just a ballgame concept. No more, though, thanks to architect Ian Shaw.

“Built from exposed concrete, the building has a cantilevered base and roof that stretch six metres across the surface of the lake, creating a sheltered terrace where the client can set up his fishing equipment” – from de zeen magazine

All right, so it looks like roll casting may be the order of the day but when shelter, armchairs and a full buffet could be just ten paces away, it seems a small price to pay.
